More than a decade in healthcare has given me a broad perspective on practice and people management. I started at the bottom- as a receptionist in a private surgery practice, moving into patient coordination. Since then, I've done quality improvement and clinic supervision at a world class children's hospital, and practice management at Colorado's only adult academic medical center. I've been responsible for hiring and managing dozens of employees, fostering clinic growth, and implementing new practices for efficiency. Working in a variety of settings and roles gives me a unique perspective on helping your organization grow and develop.
Personally, I enjoy tackling challenges. I've been an avid Crossfitter since 2011, and have been learning to play the cello. I use the physical and mental fortitude required in these endeavors to sharpen skills additionally applicable to my business life.
